Day 1 · Arrive Srinagar · your houseboat evening
Private pickup, garland welcome and check-in to a deluxe houseboat. Evening shikara decorated with flowers and lanterns, drifting past the Char Chinar island as the lake turns copper.

Day 2 · Mughal gardens and the old city, unhurried
Breakfast on the deck, then Nishat, Shalimar and Chashme Shahi at their quietest, followed by the craft lanes of the old city and an evening back on the water.

Day 3 · Gulmarg · gondola above the clouds
A late, lazy start up to Gulmarg. Gondola Phase 1 and 2 to Apharwat, a walk on the meadow and check-in to a resort with a view out over the valley.

Day 4 · Gulmarg · a private dinner in the pines

Day 5 · Pahalgam · the Lidder, Betaab and Baisaran
