Airport pickup and houseboat check-in with heating verified before you arrive. A short, cold, beautiful shikara if the light holds.

Day 2 · Srinagar → Gulmarg · snow and the gondola
Up to Gulmarg through Tangmarg, sledge rides on the climb, and the gondola to Kongdoori with the whole valley under snow. Afternoon snow play or a first ski lesson.

Day 3 · Gulmarg · ski school and the ridge
A morning with a certified instructor on the beginner slope, or a snowshoe to St Mary’s Church for the non-skiers, then back down to Srinagar in the evening.
