Day-by-day itinerary
Arrive Srinagar: houseboat check-in
Airport pickup, transfer to a Dal Lake houseboat, evening shikara ride and Kashmiri kahwa on deck.
Srinagar sightseeing
Mughal Gardens (Nishat, Shalimar, Chashme Shahi), Shankaracharya Temple viewpoint and a stroll through the old-city markets.
Srinagar to Gulmarg
Scenic drive to Gulmarg, Gondola ride (subject to weather), snow or meadow walks depending on season.
Gulmarg to Pahalgam
Drive via saffron fields of Pampore and Awantipora ruins; evening by the Lidder River.
Pahalgam local: Betaab & Aru
Full day exploring Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari. Optional pony rides.
Departure
Breakfast, a last stop for dry fruits and shawls, then airport drop.
